We have to work with our team of lawyers, consultant David Nash, who has over 25 years of experience in the music industry, as a composer, manager and publisher. He is able to advise music artists in relation to the terms which they should agree with their proposed manager, band members, and also in relation to deals with labels. He is also able to offer a royalty registration and collection service via our solicitor firm on a time or percentage basis. We are able to negotiate relevant agreements on behalf of our clients, and also represent them in connection with any legal disputes. This will include agreements for personal services, such as employment or consultancy agreements. We can also help our clients in relation to any criminal issues, through the use of our close relationship with criminal counsel, Julian Hunt (a former senior Crown Prosecutor). The engagement of our firm with be on a time or fixed fee basis, and will not involve any long term commitments on the part of our clients. |
